Information requested
Any information regarding the shiplift building at HMNB Faslane Helensborough, Scotland as I believe that it would have been subject to the fire certificates (special premises) regulations 1976 at the time of its construction in 1987 (competed 1993) and is also ( I believe) a licenced premises under the ONR.

We confirm that under s.1 of the FOIA, we do not hold the information you have requested. This is because at the time of construction of HM Naval Base Clyde Faslane Ship lift, the enforcing authority would have been the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). ONR was not yet established. Information would then most likely be held by HSE, however we note that they have also informed you that they do not hold the information.
