Rachel Grant

Director of Strategy and Corporate Affairs

Rachel was appointed as ONR’s Director of Policy and Communications in April 2023, following nearly five years as ONR’s Head of Policy. In 2024 she moved into the newly created role of Director of Strategy and Corporate Affairs. Additionally, Rachel serves as Interim Executive member of ONR’s Board.
